Agro Cocora

Agro Cocora is the most recent farm project, established in 2008-2010, that Jantzen Development has completed. The project is located in South Eastern Romania and includes a farm of 6,000 hectares.

The project is based on plant cultivation, mainly wheat, rape, sunflower and corn. This greenfield project is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2010, when it will be an ultramodern farm with completely new farm buildings and machinery.
The total investment is EUR 52 million.

The project was sold to 75 investors, the long term financing is provided by UniCredit.

Jantzen Development operates the farm under a 5-year administration and management agreement.
