When investing in farmland through Jantzen Development, the investor receives a fully developed project which can be managed independently. In addition, Jantzen Development offers the investor an administration and management agreement that handles all matters relating to the land ownership, lease of the land as well as periodic reporting to the investor and the overall administration of the local special purpose vehicle.

Furthermore, Jantzen Development provides advisory services in connection with investors’ resale of land and assists in searching the market and contacting potential buyers.
